GauNeeti is not your typical dairy startup. It’s a mission-driven, engineer-built social enterprise born out of a self-to-society awakening. Founded in 2017 by Charmy and Shreekant, an engineer couple who swapped cushy jobs for cow sheds, GauNeeti started with just 4 Gir cows and a single goal – to bring real, healthy, A2 dairy to conscious families.
Fast forward to today, they’ve built a tribe of 150+ cows, 25+ cow-based products, a diverse team, and a loyal customer base across India, UAE, and the West. What they needed next was not just design – they needed a soulful, strategic, and scalable brand language that could wear many hats. From pouches to posters, stickers to storefronts, they wanted every piece to echo their values.
Granth stepped in to translate their grassroots energy into a polished brand experience. We crafted a cohesive brand guideline, designed quirky yet meaningful merchandise, brought in a charming brand mascot, and built over 100+ customer-facing collaterals tailored for D2C success. GauNeeti had the heart – we gave it the visual voice to match.

As a fast-growing D2C brand rooted in Indian values, GauNeeti needed more than just design; it needed a distinct personality – playful, premium, and pure. Our goal was to make every brand touchpoint instantly recognisable, relatable, and trust-inducing.
GauNeeti’s identity was rich in values but scattered across formats. Our challenge was to structure the chaos without dulling the brand’s charm. Every piece had to stay rooted in authenticity while appealing to a modern, design-sensitive audience.
We began by defining the brand’s core voice – equal parts warmth, wisdom, and wit. The brand mascot was imagined as a friendly, wise, farm-born character that could act as a storyteller across packaging and promotions. We built a vibrant merchandise suite that doubled as conversation starters. From social media stickers to product inserts, farmer stories to festival-ready packaging – every single collateral was a stitch in the larger GauNeeti fabric. With consistency at the core and creativity in the detail, we helped GauNeeti evolve from a dairy brand to a living, breathing identity customers remember and trust.
