Making the case to rebuild Gujarat's first homes.
We turned decades of history, an ageing housing reality and a financial case into two films built to move a Cabinet.
Foundation 01: The Mandate
Housing a state, for generations.
For decades, the Gujarat State Co-operative Housing Finance Corporation has financed homes for the people of Gujarat. Thousands of families live in houses this institution helped build.
Before the films could argue for the future, they had to establish the weight of that past, so a Cabinet understood exactly who was asking, and why it carried authority.
Foundation 02: The Situation
The homes that built Gujarat are growing old.
Many of the homes built under the Gujarat Government decades ago are now ageing. Structures need redevelopment. Communities need maintenance.
The need is real, visible and pressing. The films had to make a room of decision-makers feel that reality, not just read it on a slide.

Foundation 03: The Numbers
A case measured in real numbers.
A pitch to the Cabinet stands on evidence. The films presented the Corporation's financial standing, the scale of the housing stock, and the funding redevelopment and maintenance would require. We designed the data to land in seconds, in a room where seconds are all you get.

The result is a pair of films that carry history, reality, numbers and a clear ask in a few decisive minutes, ready to present to the Cabinet Ministry in either language.
