Moonfrog is a gaming company founded in 2013, needed a strong moderation system to keep this global community safe and inclusive. They needed a solution that offered 24×7 content moderation, real-time support and culturally sensitive handling of player interactions. They attracted users speaking Hindi, English, Arabic, Spanish, Urdu and Nepali.
Our task was to build and train a 30+ moderators. That should be ready in just one week. We managed day and night shifts and onboarded moderators fluent in 8 languages. We developed a scalable framework to ensure clean and respectful chats across time zones, cultures and gameplay styles. The goal was to filter bad behavior and to build a strong and positive online ludo community.
