The challenge was everything that came after it.

A refreshed identity can be launched in a day. Making it work across a growing business is what takes time. That's when the questions begin. How does it look on packaging? How does it show up at events? What happens when new requirements start coming in every week?

As HyFun continued to grow, so did the number of places where the new identity needed to live. The challenge wasn't the change itself. It was keeping that change consistent while working against growing volumes, evolving needs and quick turnarounds. The goal was that whether someone interacted with HyFun once or a hundred times, it should still feel like the same brand.
