We Understood the Business before we Built the System
We first had to understand what actually happens behind every order. How customers buy. What happens when an order is cancelled. Where stock sits across godowns. How returns and leakages are tracked. How vehicles move. How payments are recorded. And how the same customer behavior repeats over time.
Because in an oil business, one order is never just one order. It touches customers, stock, godowns, deliveries, sales and accounting.
So, before we designed screens or features, we spent time understanding the business as it really worked.
The system came later. The understanding came first.

Every Customer Has a Pattern
Once we understood how Sahaj’s business moved, we looked closer at the people driving it: the customers.
Every order had something to tell us. What they bought, how often they bought, where they were located, when they cancelled, what they returned and when they were likely to order again.
The challenge was bringing all of those small interactions together so Sahaj could see the bigger picture.
For that, we built the CRM around the customer’s journey, bringing together:

Buying Patterns
Understand what customers buy and how often.
Order History
See every order in one place.
Cancellations & Returns
Track what didn’t go through and what came back.
Leakages
Spot gaps that could otherwise go unnoticed.
Follow-ups
Know who needs attention and when.

One CRM gave a Clearer View of Every Customer
A real-time CRM designed around how Sahaj Oil actually operates.
We did not approach the CRM as a generic software project. We first understood the movement of the business.

The CRM brought these moving parts into one connected system by giving the Sahaj team a clearer real-time view of what was happening across the business.

Before - Scattered
The Business had Many Moving Parts
Sahaj already had the information, it needed to run the business. The challenge was that it lived across different places, people and processes.
- Customer records
- Order details
- Inventory updates
- Godown stock
- Vehicle schedules
- Cash records
- Returns & cancellations
- Customer follow-ups
As the business grew, connecting these pieces manually became harder.
- Orders could come in without a clear view of delivery status.
- Inventory was not always visible alongside incoming demand.
- Customer history and buying patterns were harder to trace.
- Multiple godowns made stock distribution more difficult to manage.
- Follow-ups, returns, cancellations and leakages needed closer manual tracking.
The problem was not missing data. It was missing visibility.
After - Connected & Visible
The System Brought those parts into Motion Together
The CRM brought Sahaj’s moving parts into one connected system by giving the team a clearer picture of what was happening across customers, orders, stock and operations.
Real-Time Orders
Track orders and their status as they move through the business.
Connected Inventory
See stock alongside incoming demand and order activity.
Customer Visibility
Access customer history, locations, buying patterns & follow-ups in one place.
Smarter Operations
Bring godown, delivery and operational information into a connected view.
Ready-to-Use Reports
Generate business reports without rebuilding information manually.

One Order. Every Step Connected.
An order at Sahaj would not end when it is received. It will continue moving through customers, stock, godowns, dispatch, delivery and follow-up.
We visualized that journey to show how the CRM connects each step by giving the Sahaj team a clearer view of what happens from the moment an order comes into what happens after it is delivered.

Customer • Quantity • Location
Stock Checked
Availability • Godown • Demand
Dispatch Planned

Every Reorder Leaves a Clue
A customer does not just place an order. They create a pattern.
- What they buy.
- How often they buy.
- When they reorder.
- What they cancel.
- What they return.
A customer does not just place an order. They create a pattern.
The CRM made these patterns easier to see by helping Sahaj Oil move beyond individual transactions and understand customer behavior at a larger level.

સાથ 08: વ્યવસ્થા
From Multiple Godowns to One View
Sahaj’s stock didn’t sit in one place. It moved across multiple godowns and outlets, depending on demand, availability and where the next order needed to go.
That meant knowing the stock was not enough. The team needed to know where it was, where demand was coming from and where it needed to move next.
The CRM brought these pieces into one connected view that made it easier to:
- See what stock was available at each location.
- Match incoming orders with available inventory.
- Plan stock distribution across godowns.
- Track movement as inventory shifted between locations.

Behind the Business was a Brand people had to Feel
Sahaj Oil had another story to tell. It began during the lockdown when people were looking for pure groundnut oil and the familiar taste of homemade cooking.
Built around cold-pressed groundnut oil made from G-20 peanuts, Sahaj grew from a local idea in Ahmedabad into a brand reaching 80+ cities.
Granth helped bring that story to people through content, video, digital experiences and brand communication. The same feeling of purity, trust and familiarity across every touchpoint.

We took the Story Back to its Roots
From Ahmedabad to Amreli, we captured the people, process and story behind Sahaj Oil.
We captured Sahaj Oil’s journey through real video, from its beginnings in Ahmedabad to its production story in Amreli. The films were built around simple words, real moments and the emotional connection people have with oil that reminds them of home.
This was not just a product shoot. It was the story behind the Sahaj oil.

Sahaj got a Consistent Visual Language
From color and visual language to design elements and communication, we helped create a consistent brand expression so Sahaj could feel recognizable across touchpoints. This included color palette, typography, logo usage, visual language and collateral.

When the Pack Speaks Before the Product Does
We refreshed Sahaj Oil’s packaging, so the visual identity communicated the purity and quality of the product while standing out on the shelf.

Behind the Bottle was an Entire Business
The bottle was only at the beginning. Behind it were customers, orders, stock, godowns, deliveries, accounts, returns and follow-ups. And beyond the business was a brand built on purity, taste and the feeling of home.
Our work connected both sides. The business became easier to see. The brand became easier to understand. And Sahaj had a stronger way to move forward.
Every Business Has a Bigger Story.
We’d like to understand yours.
