YEAR IN REVIEW – A Year of Work, Team, Clients & Progress

We started this year with a trip.
And before we knew it… we are packing again.
We blinked… and another year happened
Our year starts with an actual break, having conversations without deadline, inside jokes that didn’t need context.
Somewhere between chaos, masti and random group photos…
The year quietly began.
And now, somehow, we are here again. Planning the next one!
True to the old Latin proverb, tempus fugit. Time really does fly.
Time really doesn’t slow down, does it?
If you look at our calendar, you will see projects, deliveries, deadlines.
But if you look a little closer, you will see:
People figuring things out.
Teams getting better together.
Moments that didn’t go on decks but stayed with us.
This year was not about “more projects.”
It was about different kinds of problems. Bigger ones. Messier ones. More real ones.
Along the way, we worked on a global campaign for Fleet that pushed us to think beyond borders, while with Sahaj Oil, we focused on building structure through CRM systems that supported real growth. With IDFC, the work leaned into performance-driven digital experiences and collaborations with Sagility, Sparrk, WebOccult, Yudiz and Pixon brought in a mix of diverse digital ecosystems. We also supported Kudrati Kahumbo in their international expansion journey, while partnering with Iottive, IT Path, Vikram on rebranding, MyGate on ORM, along with Ankpal, Manubhai & Shah, PMIX, Orbrick and NTTF across different requirements.
Different industries. Different challenges.
Same intent makes things work better than before.
For a few hours, deadlines take a backseat. Conversations change. People who usually interact over work start talking beyond it.
These are the moments where teams start understanding each other better.
Our annual event.
It is something we look forward to without really saying it out loud.
Because for once, everything slows done just enough for us to look back.
Not at tasks.
Not at deadlines.
But at what actually came together over months of work.
It is the moment when scattered efforts start making sense.
Where projects turn into progress.
Where people see the impact of what they have been building.
Every year, we appreciate those who did something extraordinary, stayed back, achieved something and many more!
And for a moment, it is not about who did more. It is about how far everyone has come.

Last year, we were figuring things out.
This year, we started understanding patterns.
That’s growth you do not measure in numbers.
The ones behind everything.
The late replies.
The early logins.
The “I’ll handle this” moments.
The silent problem-solvers.
The loud energy-bringers.
From the very beginning, you believed in our vision and treated our brand as your own. We truly recognize the dedication, patience, creativity, and countless iterations you put into building our website and shaping our identity. This was more than just work. You poured your heart into it, and it reflects in every detail. Thank you for standing by us and giving such beautiful form to our ideas. We genuinely could not have done this without you. We are grateful not just for the work you delivered, but for the partnership and trust we built along the way. Here’s to many more milestones together.
The Granth team was on its toes, and the team leads at Uplers are happy. Among the two projects, one was completed in a single go – without any changes. This is truly commendable. I’m planning to share sizeable projects with the team going forward. Let’s execute bigger and better this year.

That growth is not always visible immediately.

We are not making dramatic promises.

It feels like we just started.
