The Brief

A 9:44 PM call turned into Trust.

On 23rd October 2024, around 9:44 PM, Dhaivat from Sagility's Brand & Corporate Communication team reached out to Kandarp, CEO with an urgent request. Sagility's first Investor & Analyst Day briefing video after listing needed immediate edits before release.

At that point, Granth was not officially associated with Sagility. There was no onboarding process, no formal scope and no discussions around timelines. Just a request that needed immediate attention.

The updated cut was shared the same night within hours. Video uploaded. Task completed.

A few months later, Granth got connected with Sagility's branding, marketing and communication teams for larger collaborations. The association gradually expanded across multiple touchpoints from workplace branding to internal communication teams for larger collaborations.

Today, the relationship feels far beyond a typical agency engagement. We work closely as an extended part of the Sagility ecosystem.
